What is Worthy & how do I place an order?
Worthy is a boutique gifting company, featuring hand selected, small batch products for baby, women, men and home. You may order from us in a variety of ways! You may choose from one of our pre-curated gift offerings, create your own custom gift pairings or if there is something that strikes your fancy, treat yourself to something WORTHY!
How will my gift be packaged?
We pack and ship each and every order by hand with the utmost attention to detail. Our local deliveries arrive in our signature, charcoal grey basket full of soft white filler, tied to perfection with a luxurious slate ribbon & topped off with a custom gift tag. Each and every order includes a handwritten note for a truly personal touch. Our gifts that ship nationally arrive in a crisp, white box with our signature branding, soft grey tissue, white filler and a handwritten note.
How many items fit into each gift box?
That's a good question! Because all of our offerings vary in size and shape, we estimate 4-7 items fit beautifully in our standard box. Should you want to place an order that is smaller or larger than our standard box size, we are more than happy to customize the packaging to fit your order.
How do local deliveries work?
We deliver in the local Fort Worth area, Monday through Friday. We make every effort to deliver your gift within 48 hours of your order being placed. Should you need a specific date & time for your gift delivery, please contact us and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. Please be sure to carefully list the recipients address, email and phone number at checkout to be certain the delivery can be accurately made.
Does the recipient need to be home for local deliveries?
Our delivery window is 10:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. We make delivery calls the day prior to delivery, confirming with the receipient that they will either be home to receive the delivery in person, or that it is fine to leave the delivery at the door.
How much do you charge for local deliveries?
We charge a nominal fee of $15.00 for each delivery.
Can I customize the fresh florals in my gift?
Please note that fresh flowers are included in local deliveries only. We do not ship flowers or succulents. We are unable to take custom requests for floral as we select our flowers on a daily basis and choose an assortment based on what is available to us. However, should you have a very specific request and can contact us ahead of time, we will make every effort to accomodate your request.
How do shipped orders work?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the United States of America. The USPS delivers Priority orders within a 1-3 business day window. Our flat rate for shipping and handling is $15.85 per order. We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) upon receipt. Should you have a specific date your gift needs to arrive, please contact us ahead of time. Please be sure to carefully list the recipients address, email and phone number at checkout to be certain the delivery can be accurately made.
