Terms & Conditions
Due to the customized nature of our business, all sales are final. At Worthy, we pride ourselves in making sure that gifts arrive to you, your friends or family just as beautiful as when they left us. If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging in order to file a claim with our shipper.
Worthy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is shown as “delivered” in the tracking information, we will not replace the item or issue a refund. We recommend that you speak to your mail carrier, or file a complaint with USPS.
We are sensitive to the fact that many of our clients and their families may have food allergies. Food products that Worthy delivers are generally labeled with allergen information from the manufacturer. Occasionally we will include non-labeled foods in our offerings. Any non-labeled food always has a risk of containing allergens. We strongly suggest that you read all labels before consuming any food products that you receive. Worthy will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, including labeled and non-labeled food products.
Warm Weather Shipping
Please make note that ordering products subject to melting is at your own risk. We make every effort to ship perishable items in a controlled and scheduled manner. During warm weather months (May through September), any item considered perishable will be shipped at the customer’s own risk. Worthy will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.
